Yes and No. Your gift can be sent anonymously, however upon
request by the “recipient” we will provide your “sender” name and address to
the recipient.

The Cookies by Design corporate organization does not offer
gift card options for purchase.

We pride ourselves in being Cookies “by Design” and while we
have many designs and messages to choose from online, we are limited in the
variations available to order at cookiesbydesign.com, generally you may only
change the message that appears on the “message cookie” within your gift
(maximum of 25 characters).

However, we are more than happy to personalize and /or
customize your cookie gift, with a special message, particular colors, a
different theme or mix and match designs. The best way to do this is to contact

There may be a few reasons why the site isn’t accepting your promo code. First, check the expiration date of the promotion. Each delivery zip code is programmed with a preset order
“cut off” time based on the delivery options available to that zip code and
gift selected. We do offer a selection of “Last Minute” gifts that can be
created and delivered quickly to zip codes within the Hand Delivery area of our local Cookies by Design shops. Delivery dates for zip codes that require your gift to be shipped are preset using cut off times based on the gift being ordered and recipient location. At this time, we have not implemented any Military or Senior specific discounts, yet we encourage everyone to take advantage of our continuous promotions and special offers that are both available on our website home page and through ourCookiEmail subscription.

Well, one thing is for certain, they all have delicious, handmade cookies in them! Yet, here is a deeper dive into the description of
the three: Cookie Bouquet – an eye-catching display of decorated sugar
cookies that come in a variety of sizes, Cookie BouTray™ – an arrangement of uniquely decorated sugar cookies surrounded by a delectable array of one or two dozen mouth-watering gourmet cookies, Cookie Basket – a dozen or two of delicious gourmet cookies with your choice of 1 or 2 themed decorated cookies to top it all off nestled in a basket.

We currently do not offer sugar-free or gluten-free products as part of our Cookies by Design products.

Cookies by Design products may contain major food allergens
(Wheat, Soy, Milk, Eggs, Tree Nuts and Peanuts). Products are manufactured
on equipment that processes tree nuts and peanuts.

Our cookies are completely handmade, from the first steps of mixing the dough and icing to baking and then hand decorating each one individually.
