What if I want my logo used in the product? How do I get it to you and how much does that cost?
You can request your logo to be added to any cookie bouquet by emailing a 300dpi hi-res jpg or png format of your logo to gifts@cookiesbydesign.com. There is not an additional charge for this service.
How do I pay for my order?
Invoices are sent from Square with a link to pay online with a credit card or an ACH transaction can be arranged for payments.
General Questions
How will I know how much is charged to my credit card?
A detailed invoice will be supplied and also attached to your online invoice. Any questions on your invoice can be directed to your gifting specialist or by contacting gifts@cookiesbydesign.com.
Do the Corporate Gifts I see online include delivery?
No, the pricing you see on the website does not include delivery or shipping. We ship nationwide using UPS or offer hand delivery in select areas. Pricing is determined on the size of the order and location for delivery. The fee is calculated for each address.
Do you deliver outside the United States?
Currently we do not deliver outside the US. We ship nationwide. We do offer hand delivery in select areas.
If I have a problem with my order, who do I contact?
Our gift specialists will be happy to help you, should that be necessary. Call us toll-free at 1.855.COOKIES (266-5437), or email us at gifts@cookiesbydesign.com. An advantage and convenience of the Corporate Gift Program is that there is only one person to contact and only one person will contact you.
When I participate in the Corporate Gift program does this mean I am receiving a discount?
The Corporate Gift Program offers consistent competitive pricing, discounts are available for multiple or monthly orders and large bulk orders. Contact your Gifting Specialist to discuss - gifts@cookiesbydesign.com
What is consistent competitive pricing?
Many of our locations are independently owned and operated and they set their own regional pricing. However when orders are placed through our program we provide the same product price & delivery whether your gift is going to one location or hundreds.
What if I forget my password for corporate gifting account?
A benefit of the Corporate Gifting program is you do not need to worry about your account. Contact your Gifting Specialist and they will assist you with entering your order or helping you to customize what you need.
How far in advance do I need to order?
During the ordering process please select a date at least 4 days from the time you need the order to arrive. Larger custom orders may take longer so please allow at least a 1 weeks’ notice or email gifts@cookiesbydesign.com for additional information.
How do I cancel my order?
Please note: we bake, decorate and assemble all our products by order. We cannot accept cancellations once production has commenced and as such cancellations are not accepted five days prior to delivery/shipping. Full payment will be required if cancellation is received within five days of dispatch.
